The first year is M.A.N which means a foundation year where you are made to do all the practical may it be in kitchen, front-office, housekeeping, restaurant and bar. Then the second year and third year we learn the management issues and also do practical but more at a management level. It is a full time course of three years.

My Hobbies:
I enjoy surfing on internet, watching documentaries on T.V especially on discovery channel, escales and odyssey (programs relating to other cultures, countries, and on hotels like city guide, voyage autour du monde, les plus belles palaces du monde), reading and playing games.
