Motivations :
I have supervised a team of 12 staff in two busy bars where I have learned to deal with customer service concerns and complaints, by phone and in-person. I was in charge of managing all cash flow. Finally, I also had to hire and train new staff. This experience allows me to take my responsibilities and develop my managerial skills.
From my time working, I have been accustomed to dealing with the customer
face-to-face. Also, I have learnt to be flexible in my approach towards my work and I can quickly adapt to new situations. I had the responsibility for closing up at night.
